Program Name and Description

Program name: Proxima Partners Text Updates

Program description: Proxima Partners sends text messages about events and gatherings, fundraising and giving, donation confirmations, and personal messages from our staff to people who opt in, including through our online donation form.

General

You can opt in by checking the optional text-message box on our online donation form. Opting in is not required to donate. When you opt in, we will send you a message to confirm your signup.

By opting into messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Proxima Partners at the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up.

Message frequency varies. Proxima Partners may change the phone number used to send messages.

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile provider with questions about your plan.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any donation or purchase.

Cancellation

Reply STOP at any time to cancel. After you reply STOP, we will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no more messages will be sent. To receive messages again, reply START or sign up again in the same way you did initially.

Transfer of Number

If you change your mobile number or transfer it to another person, please reply “STOP” from the original number or email your old number to info@liveproxima.org so we can stop sending messages to it.

Messaging Terms Changes

We may change or terminate our messaging program and update these Messaging Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately when posted. If you do not agree to a change, reply STOP to cancel. Continued enrollment after a change constitutes acceptance.
